Company Update
As our work across software development, connectivity, security and creative services continues to grow, we're pleased to announce an expanded office space in Juba, bringing our engineering, support and creative teams together under one roof for the first time since several of these teams were added.
The move comes at a point where several of our teams had outgrown their previous working arrangement — a sign of demand we're genuinely glad to be responding to, and one that reflects the trust clients across banking, government, telecom and the NGO sector have placed in us over the past several project cycles.
The new space is designed to support collaborative project work across our service lines, with dedicated areas for our software development team, a network operations and monitoring desk staffed to keep an eye on client connectivity around the clock, and an animation and creative studio set up for the kind of focused work that video and design production requires.
Bringing these teams physically closer together matters more than it might seem from the outside. A software project that needs a custom explainer video, or a connectivity rollout that needs a monitoring dashboard built alongside it, moves faster when the people working on each piece can walk over and talk rather than schedule a call across departments.
The layout also gives our cybersecurity and forensics team a dedicated, access-controlled area appropriate for handling sensitive client engagements, and gives our AI & Innovation team room to run the kind of hands-on client workshops that a shared open-plan desk arrangement never quite accommodated properly.
This expansion reflects the growth in demand we've seen across our core service areas — from banks and government agencies adopting new digital platforms, to enterprises connecting branch offices with fiber and VSAT, to organizations strengthening their cybersecurity posture after recognizing that threats aren't limited to large international companies.
It also reflects a deliberate choice to keep growing our presence in South Sudan specifically, rather than serving the market remotely from elsewhere. Being physically present in Juba means our team understands the connectivity realities, business context and day-to-day operating conditions our clients are working within, because we're working within them too.
That local presence has shaped decisions we've made across every service line — from how we scope a fiber and VSAT hybrid rollout for a client with branches outside the capital, to how we design a USSD menu that holds up on the network conditions our own team tests against daily, rather than conditions assumed from a head office somewhere else entirely.
We remain committed to being South Sudan's most complete technology partner, with the local presence and expertise to support projects from an initial conversation through to long-term operation and support. That commitment is easier to deliver on with more space for the teams doing the work.
If you'd like to visit our new office or discuss a project — whether it's a software platform, a connectivity rollout, a cybersecurity assessment, or something across several of our service lines at once — get in touch with our team. We're glad to walk you through the space and talk through what you're trying to build.
We'll be sharing more updates from the new office in the coming months, including how the expanded space is shaping the way we deliver projects across software, connectivity, security and creative services. For now, our thanks go to the clients and partners whose trust made this growth possible, and to the team members who make the day-to-day work happen.
